The Housing Board administers the following program:
PURCHASES: The Affordable Housing Purchase program offers properties for sale in two Princeton communities. Washington Oaks, on 206 South at Hutchinson Drive across from Jasna Polana Golf Course, is a development of 300 properties consisting of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes. Sixty of the condominiums, one- to three-bedroom, are offered to low- and moderate-income eligible purchasers. Princeton also offers Affordable Housing sales at Griggs Farm, which is on 206 North at Cherry Valley Road. This development of 280 properties has 70 moderate-income one-, two-, and 3-bedroom condominiums and townhomes interspersed with 70 low-income rentals and 140 open-market sales.
RENTALS: Low-income-rentals are located at Griggs Farm. These range in size from one to three bedrooms.
