The Site Plan Review Advisory Board (SPRAB) is an advisory committee composed of ten professionals in the planning community - architects, landscape architects, engineers, and others qualified in site planning or environmental issues. SPRAB advises and assists the Planning Board, Zoning Boards of Adjustment and other governmental agencies in their review of applications for development.
This advisory Committee reviews all developmental proposals except those for single and two family residences, prior to approval of any building permit.
The Board is governed by State Law.
