The Construction Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals from decisions of the enforcing agency as it relates to construction sub-codes. Exercises and performs such other powers and duties presented by law/regulation/ordinance. The five member board must include least one architect or licensed engineer; at least one plumbing sub code official and one qualified electrical sub code official. The Board is governed by State Law.
