- George Comfort & Sons, Inc., Princeton Shopping Center (Façade and Landscape Improvements – Project 3), Release of Performance Guaranty contingent upon the receipt of the Maintenance Guaranty.

                       - JAT Holdings/The Bank of Princeton: Performance Guaranty reduction to $77,228.87

2.  ORDINANCE INTRODUCTIONS

 

 - BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT SEWER LATERAL REPAIRS BY THE PRINCETON SEWER OPERATING COMMITTEE OF DEFECTIVE SEWER LATERALS INVOLVING PROPERTIES LOCATED ALONG EDGERSTOUNE ROAD AND WINANT ROAD WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THE SUM OF $322,100.00 THEREFOR, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF 100% OF THE COST THEREOF UPON THE BENEFITTED PROPERTY OWNERS

 

- BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT SANITARY SEWER LATERAL REPAIRS BY THE PRINCETON SEWER OPERATING COMMITTEE OF DEFECTIVE SEWER LATERALS INVOLVING PROPERTIES LOCATED ALONG CEDAR LANE, SOUTHERN WAY AND WESTERN WAY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON,  APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THE SUM OF $230,790.00 THEREFOR, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF 100% OF THE COST THEREOF UPON THE BENEFITTED PROPERTY OWNERS

 

- BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT THE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS OF SIDEWALKS ALONG CEDAR LANE, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $7,400.00 THEREFOR, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS OR NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF FIFTY (50%) PERCENT OF THE COST THEREOF.
