2.ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING:
- Bond ORDinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair and replacement of sidewalks along abernathy drive by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $12,200.00 therefor and providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and the issuance of bonds and notes of said township and providing for a special assessment of fifty (50%) percent of the cost thereof. *
3. ORDINANCE INTRODUCTIONS:
- bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement sewer lateral repairs by the princeton sewer operating committee of defective sewer laterals involving properties along overbrook drive, abernathy drive and clover lane within the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $68,925.00 Therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and the issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for a special assessment of 100% of the cost thereof upon the benefitted property owners
- an ordinance concerning the filing of civil rights complaints and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”
- an ordinance concerning miscellaneous motor vehicle and traffic regulations and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”
- An ordinance concerning the designation of fire lanes and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968”
- an ordinance concerning alcoholic beverage consumption in public places and urinating in public places and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”
- an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of a portion of block 805, lot 7, princeton township tax map for the construction of an interconnector road between state highway 206 and cherry valley road appropriating the sum of $186,800.00 therefor.
