* D&R Greenway Center Improvements, Performance Guaranty Reduction to 30%. An amount of $16,028.34 plus interest, should be returned to the applicant from the cash portion of the guaranty. A new performance guaranty amount of $43,276.52 (Letter of Credit) and $4,808.50 (10% cash) is recommended to be retained.

*Edward H. Cray, Traffic Signal Installation / Harrison & Bunn, Release Performance Guaranty in the amount of $92,277.15 contingent upon the receipt of an acceptable two year Maintenance Guaranty in the amount of 15% or $13,841.57

2. ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARINGS

-          an ordinance concerning the r-5 residential zoning district and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968” *

 

3. ORDINANCE INTRODUCTIONS

-          bond ordinance providing for various capital improvements in and by the township of princeton, in the county of mercer, new jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $2,122,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $2,016,000 bonds or notes of the township to finance part of the cost thereof and directing the special assessment of improvements to wilson road and the costs thereof.

 

-          bond ordinance authorizing as a general improvement the acquisition of books for the joint free library of princeton, appropriating the sum of $69,000.00 therefor and providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and the issuance of bonds and notes of said township.

 

-          an ordinance prohibiting parking along a portion of edgerstoune road and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”

 

-          bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair and replacement of sidewalks along castle howard court and vernon circle by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $16,750.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and the issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for a special assessment of fifty (50%) percent of the cost thereof

 

-          an ordinance authorizing the installation and operation of a traffic control signal at the intersection of harrison street and bunn drive and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”

 

-          an ordinance creating the corner house board and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”
