STATEMENT CONCERNING NOTICE OF MEETING

b.       Maintenance/Performance Guarantees

- James Britt, Princeton University Chilled Water Plant, Release of Performance Guaranty  contingent upon the receipt of an acceptable two year Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of 15% of the original Guaranty amount or $53,909.64.

- Princeton Day School, Athletic Fields I & II, Release Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of $54,015.27 and any remaining escrows. Continue to retain the cash maintenance guaranty in the amount of $36,010.18 plus interest to be applied to the cash maintenance guaranty requirement for the PDS Smoyer Field Renovations project at a later date, as requested by the applicant.

- Andy Brown, Rushbrook Phase II, Release of Performance Guaranty contingent upon the receipt of an acceptable two year Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of 15% of the original agreement or $237,243.75.

-  Jim Britt, Princeton University, Tennis Court and Drainage Improvements, Phase I

Cash Performance Guaranty Reduction to $166,103.10. An amount of $387,573.90 plus interest should be returned to the applicant.
