 *  Thompson Land, Bunn Drive Site Improvements, Completion time extension to August 31, 2006.

 *  Verizon-NJ, CEV Washington Oaks/Hutchinson Drive, Release performance guaranty in the form of Bond No. 81498044 issued by Federal Insurance Company in the amount of $7,344.00 plus any remaining escrows.

      

c.       Road Closing Request: - Walnut Lane between Franklin & Guyot Avenues, for John  Witherspoon Middle School “Super Saturday” to be held May 20, 2006, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

 

d.       Resolution: Endorsing the Township of Princeton’s Application to Place Mountain Lakes Preserve (Princeton Ice Company) on the National Register of Historic Places.

 

e.       Resolution: Supporting the Township of Princeton’s Grant Application to the New Jersey Historic Trust for the Restoration and Reconstruction of Mountain Lakes Dams.

2.ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARINGS

-bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair or replacement of sidewalks along riverside drive by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $37,000.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for the special assessment of 50% of the cost thereof.*

 

-bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair or replacement of sidewalks along hemlock circle by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $13,000.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for the special assessment of 50% of the cost thereof.*

 

-BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BITUMINOUS SIDEWALK ALONG THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF OVERBROOK DRIVE BETWEEN SNOWDEN LANE AND BROADRIPPLE DRIVE, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $18,000.00 THEREFORE, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF 50% OF THE COST THEREOF.*

 

-BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT THE INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE SIDEWALKS ALONG THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF OVERBROOK DRIVE BETWEEN SNOWDEN LANE AND BROADRIPPLE DRIVE, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $36,000.00 THEREFORE, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF 50% OF THE COST THEREOF.*

 

-AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL HOUSING LIAISON FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTERING THE PRINCETON TOWNSHIP AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM PURSUANT TO THE NEW JERSEY FAIR HOUSING ACT*

 

-AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ALONG THE NORTHERN SIDE OF SYCAMORE ROAD BETWEEN SOUTH HARRISON STREET AND RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND AMENDING THE “CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY, 1968”*
