2. Ordinance Public Hearings

-                an ordinance concerning enforcement of affordable housing program requirements and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968.”*

 

-          An ordinance concerning dog ordinance violations and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968”*

 

-          an ordinance concerning the princeton joint cable television committee and amending “the code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968.”*

 

-          an ordinaNce concerning Stormwater management and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968”*

 

-          an ordinance concerning application fees and escrow deposits for historic preservation plan approval and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968”*

 

3. ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION

-          bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair or replacement of sidewalks along riverside drive, howe circle, prospect avenue, sycamore road and balsam lane  by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $37,000.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for the special assessment of 50% of the cost thereof.

 

-          bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair or replacement of sidewalks along hemlock circle by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $13,000.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and issuance of bonds and notes of said township and further providing for the special assessment of 50% of the cost thereof.
