1.  CONSENT AGENDA – Contains items of a routine nature, which are approved by a single vote.

a.       Bills & Claims

 

b.   Resolution of Appointment:  Mark V. Emann, Acting Chief of Police

                                                             Robert Buchanan, Acting Police Captain

 

c.       Maintenance/Performance Guarantees:

-     Mark Solomon, Esq., Bunn Drive Nursing Home, Completion Time Extension to August 18, 2006.

-          David Cohen, Seija Subdivision, 149 Terhune Road, Completion Time Extension to March 4, 2007.

-          The Hun School, Athletic Fields I & II, Release performance guaranty contingent upon the receipt of a maintenance guaranty.

-          Princeton University, Tennis Courts Phase II, Bond Reduction to 30% with a new performance guaranty amount of $181,548.54(Letter of Credit) and $20,172.06 (10% cash) to be retained. An amount of $47,068.14 plus interest, should be returned to the applicant at this time.

 

d.       Bid Awards:

-   Four Police Vehicles, Hertrich Fleet Services, Inc., Milford, DE, in the amount of $66,600.00

-    Community Park Basketball Court Lighting, Lucas Electric, Hightstown, NJ, in the amount of $29,750.00

 

e.       Professional Services Agreements:

-  G. Thomas Reynolds, Special Counsel to the Planning Board which will be paid through escrow fees.

- John Gloss Maintenance, LLC, 2006 Maintenance Contract, Griggs Farm,

  Not to Exceed $8,000.

 - Eugene J. Flaherty, Appraisal of the Tiger Garage property, Not to Exceed $4,000.

 

f.        Resolution and Agreement: Steve Androsko t/a Griggstown Canoe Rental, Turning Basin Park, 2006 Canoe Rental Concession

 

g.       Resolution: Establishing 2006 Department of Public Works Collection Schedule

 

h.       Raffle Applications:

- RA 430:  University Medical Center at Princeton Auxiliary, for a raffle to be held on June 10, 2006 at the Princeton University Football Stadium, Washington Road.  Proceeds to benefit Princeton Health Care System Foundation.

- RA 431:  University Medical Center at Princeton Auxiliary, for a raffle to be held on June 10, 2006 at the Princeton University Football Stadium, Washington Road.  Proceeds to benefit Princeton Health Care System Foundation.

 - RA 432:  Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad Ladies Auxiliary, for a raffle to be held on April 24, 2006 at the First Aid and Rescue Squad, Harrison Street.  Proceeds to benefit the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad.

 

 

 

- RA 433:  Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad Ladies Auxiliary, for a raffle to be held on April 24, 2006 at the First Aid and Rescue Squad, Harrison Street.  Proceeds to benefit the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad.

-          an ordinance by the township of princeton concerning general penalty provisions and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new Jersey 1968”*

 

-          an ordinance by the township of princeton concerning smoke detector certification fees and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey 1968”*

 

 

3. ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION

-          an ordinance concerning enforcement of affordable housing program requirements and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968.”
