Notice is hereby given that the Princeton Township Shade Tree Commission has scheduled a joint meeting with the subcommittee of the Zoning Amendment Review Committee (ZARC) of the Regional Planning Board of Princeton on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, 9:30 am in the Community Room of the Princeton Township Municipal Building 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ.

The joint meeting will be discussing a proposed ordinance regarding tree removal.

A copy of this notice was transmitted to the Princeton Packet, Town Topics, The Times, and Comcast Cable and was filed with the Clerk of the Township of Princeton on the 19th day of June, 2009.

Adequate notice of this meeting under the Open Public Meetings Act is hereby provided.
