NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Princeton Township Shade Tree Commission has scheduled a special meeting on Monday, November 26th at 9:00 am in meeting room B of the Princeton Township Municipal Building, 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ.

                        The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:

a.        CHATHAM CAPITAL INVESTORS, L.P.

(formerly K. Hovnanian Central Acquisitions)

Preliminary/Final Major Site Plan w/variances

Bunn Drive; Block 4301, Lots 3, 4 & Block 4401, Lot 1

                        b.         Gypsy Moth Aerial Suppression Program

A copy of this notice was transmitted to the Princeton Packet, Town Topics, The Times, and Patriot Media Systems and was filed with the Clerk of the Township of Princeton on the November 16, 2007.

Adequate notice of this meeting under the Open Public Meetings Act is hereby provided.
