PUBLIC NOTICE

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Princeton Township Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled an Executive Session for the purposes of discussing new case law and Municipal Land Use Law updates.  This meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. in the Municipal Complex, Meeting Room B, 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey.  NO FORMAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING. 

A copy of this same notice was transmitted to the Princeton Packet, Town Topics and Comcast Cable, and was filed with the Clerk of the Township of Princeton on the 14^h day of July 2008.

Adequate notice of this under the Open Public Meetings Act is hereby provided.
